I didn't start in payments, I started as a merchant.

Before I ever worked on the processing side, I was doing ops for a supplement business and dealing with the same frustrations most business owners face — confusing statements, unexpected fees, and processors that were impossible to get on the phone when something went wrong. That experience changed how I look at this industry and how I show up for the merchants I work with today.

Over the past 10 years I've built a career on both sides of the table. I've managed over 200 merchant accounts and supported hundreds of millions in processed revenue, working with everyone from new eCommerce brands finding their footing to large-scale coaching programs processing at high volume. Every business processes differently, and knowing what merchants actually experience is what allows me to find the right solution instead of just the easiest one.
